birthday cake

I made a birthday cake for one of my good friend's son. He turned two and liked Tayo the little bus.

This was the second ever cake that I have made for birthdays and I still have ALOT of work to do!! The Chocolate modelling clay also needs alot of wok as well!

Chocolate cake with cream

The church around the road from me wanted a cake similar to Paris Baguette. So I thought and thought what can I make that is similar, not too sweet and not cardboardy.......
So I came up with this

My normal Chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting. Now that being said it was rather tricky to stop the cream from melting in my hot kitchen so I think next time I will have to find a better recipe for the frosting!
